Plain Law Movement now runs on OEN. One page covers ticketing, membership, and subscriptions, all managed from a single backend—so we can put our time into making content. It also passes payment-security and information-security certifications. If you create things too, OEN is how you buy back time and protect trust.
-
Since adopting OEN we need fewer people on standby. Most of our donations are small, and issuing receipts alone used to take a lot of manpower. Selling small merchandise is easy now, too.
-
OEN provides dedicated pages for ticketing and events, plus a merchandise module—well suited to running a community long-term. Many people may have noticed that in the recent election, quite a few candidates' fundraising pages and campaign merch ran on their platform. For our community's events they assigned dedicated support, covering system onboarding, payment processing, and tax matters. The platform also leaves plenty of room for manual settings, so you can customize your pages deeply.

Having walked dozens of nonprofits through data-breach scam incidents, we know how much information security matters to this sector—and how varied nonprofit use cases are, calling for responsive, human, tailored service. OEN delivers high-grade security assurance and attentive customer service. A great partner on our digital transformation.
